By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1.0 DeliveryYour personalised item will only be made once we have received your payment and personalised details. Items take approximately 10 - 15 working days from payment to make due to orders.Please note: On occasion it may take a couple more days due to heavy orders. - (Note Christmas orders may take longer if not ordered by the Christmas dead line date - shown on the Home page leading up to Christmas)We aim to deliver all orders to the below destinations in the times shown below:(this does not include the making of your item) Once item has been made it will be sent.New Zealand - Overnight (non-signature) courier - working days only - (Rural delivery can take up to 3 working days) If your package is lost and the tracking shows it has been delivered, you must contact us within a week so we can contact NZ Post. If you contact us after this time, it will be harder to find your item and you will need to follow this up with NZ Post. We take no responsibility for your jewellery once it has been placed into the couriers hands . Jewellery will be packaged in a black, velvet jewellery bag or gift box. 2.0 Returns Policy/Warranty2.1 Contracts for the sale of goods which have been personalised with customer's own details cannot be cancelled. 2.2 Due to your jewellery being personalised, returns, refunds and exchanges are not possible except where we have made an error or there is a defect, therefore jewellery must be returned to us within 7 working days of receipt of delivery, provided they are returned to us in the original condition.
It is the responsibility of the customer to double-check to ensure that all details are correct.
NOTE: Please fill out your personalised details on our form or e-mail us. Those details will be acted on straight away. We are not responsible if you e-mail us later with details about your order and your e-mail is missed.
2.3 No refunds on personalised items or if the item is late.2.4 All jewellery items are guaranteed for 6 months. - Normal wear and tear cover only.
3.0 Payment3.1 All prices are currently listed in NZD currency.3.2 All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.3.3 The payment charge is made at the point of the online payment being accepted. Our acceptance of an order takes place when the order is charged to your credit card, at which point the purchase contract will be made.3.4 We accept, VISA, Mastercard, American Express. All online credit and debit card payments are processed through PayPal, Afterpay and Stripe.3.5 We no longer accept cheques.
